Today is Whimsy Stamps' new release day for the Cute Cacti Stamp Set, Cute Cacti Die Set, Spring Border Die Set, and 6x6 Festive Desert Paper Pack . I think I'll give this to my husband for our anniversary in a couple of months since I always tell him that he's stuck with me haha.
- To make my card I stamped the cactus planter from the Cute Cacti Stamp Set on watercolor paper and colored it with watercolor pencils. Once it dried I added white dots using a white Gelly Pen and cut it out using the matching die from the Cute Cacti Die Set.
- This was then glued to a white cardstock panel that has been die-cut with a circle die and a pattern was die-cut towards the bottom of the panel, it was hard to photograph but in real life it really adds alot.
- A decorative paper panel from the Festive Desert Paper Pack was glued to a white card and the white die-cut panel was popped up with this using foam squares.
- The sentiment was stamped on a strip of brown cardstock with VersaMark Ink and embossed with white embossing powder.
