Trick or Treat

Wow can you believe that it's October already?  Are you sending out cards for Halloween this year?  I've made a few to send, this one uses stamps and dies from Rubbernecker Stamps and is good for those that don't really like creepy or scary, maybe for a little someone.

Here's how my card was made-
  • Stamp Trick or Treat Cat on white cardstock and color with Prisma colored pencils.
  • Use the Trick or Treat Cat Die Cut to cut out and set aside.
  • Stamp a green panel with Not So Many Random Dots background stamp with Onyx Black VersaMark in and sponge the sides with a  lit black ink.
  • Die-cut about a quarter of an inch off the green panel using the dotted line border from the Borders #2 die-cut set.
  • Glue black and white striped decorative paper under the bottom of the green panel.  The completed panel will measure 5 1/4" x 4".

  • Put orange glitter washi tape on the decorative paper, below the green panel along the seam.
  • Layer this onto a slightly larger orange panel and glue to a black card.
  • Use the Crosshatch Design Die to die-cut black card stock and glue it to the center of the green panel.
  • Pop up Trick or Treat Cat using foam squares.

Have a creative day!
