Tis the season to celebrate golden friendships and this card is perfect to do just that.
Special Friends and the holly leaves from the
Yule Diamonds Perfectly Clear Set by
Stampendous, were stamped and embossed with
PEARLustre Champagne Embossing Powder on a white panel. I have never used washi tape but recently found some at Michael's and Hobby Lobby that I really liked, so thought I would give it a try. It was added to the bottom of the panel then layered onto a gold panel and glued onto a white card.

... I confess that I have only been using washi tape for holding dies in place for cutting, looks like I am going to have to start using it as an embellishment :)
