Everything's Roses

Hi my crafty friends!  Rubbernecker Stamps has some new beautiful stencils that make for a quick, easy, dimensional card.

To make my card I ran the Bold Rose Stencil through my Crossover II Die Cutting Machine.  You'll need a rubber mat, that'll push them paper through the stencil to give it dimension.  If you don't have a rubber mat, this card can still be made without dimension.

While the stencil is still on the paper and the rubber mat, ink up your brushes with green ink and go over the leaves then ink up with orange and red inks to go over the roses.  This was then glued to a white card.
The sentiment, Good Friends, was stamped with black ink, embossed with clear embossing powder and die-cut with the Nested Banner Stitch.

Have a creative day!!

Autumn Hugs

Fall is my most favorite season of all!  I like the cooler weather, the pretty fall colors, leaves, and let's not forget the t.v. shows starting up again!  For my Fall card, stencils and die-cuts from Rubbernecker Stamps were used.

Here's how my card was made-
1.   Papers in yellow, green and rust were cut using the Splatter Leaves Die Cut Set and the edges were sponged in the same colors.
2.   They were then glued to a banner that was cut using the Nested Banner Stitch Die Cut Set.
3.  The banner was popped up on a cream panel that was dry embossed with the Vertical Lines Stencil.
4.  Green paper was die-cut with the Hugs #2 Die Cut and glued below the banner.
5.  The banner was wrapped with twine and rhinestones were randomly placed on the card.

Now have a creative day!

Here are the links to the Rubbernecker Stamps products that were used.

Especially For You

Happy Monday!  To start off the week I have a card made with this cute Monster Group Stamp from Rubbernecker Stamps.  Rather than coloring them all individually I tried a little ink blending with Forget-Me-Not and Cactus Flower inks.

I was happy really happy with the colors but needed the eyes to pop a bit so I colored them in with a white Gel pen.  The panel was then die-cut using the Nested Rectangle Stitch Die Cut and layered onto white and purple panels.  A background was then made on a white panel using the Mixed Squares Stencil by sponging it with Forget-Me-Not ink, it's great making your own backgrounds and not having to worry about having the right color papers.  This and the Monster Group were glued to a purple card.
A sentiment from the Best Wishes Etc Clear Set was stamped in black then popped up on the card.

Have a creative day!

Sunshine Daisy

Today's card was made with the beautiful Sunshine Daisy Cling Set from Stampendous.  I just love the daisy bunch and it can be colored in so many different colors.

This time I just outlined the daisies with Prisma Colored Pencils, in a light blue to match the paper and added a pop of yellow in the centers.  The sentiment also from the set was stamped in black and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.  A few drops of Nuvo Crystal Drops in green and blue were randomly applied.

Here's the Sunshine Daisy Set and Embossing Powder from Stampendous used to make the card.

Have a creative day!

Let's Get Together

Hi everyone, I don't know about you but I would love to get this from a friend after a long week, to welcome the weekend!  All stamps and die-cuts are from Rubbernecker Stamps, I used the Watercolor Margarita Glass, Best Wishes Etc Clear Stamp SetWatercolor Splatter Set and the Nested Circle Scallop w/ Holes Die Cut , all layered on coordinating papers.

For a little extra something, I added sequins, some ribbon attaching it to the sentiment with a brad.  The margarita glass is popped up using 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

I hope you all have a good weekend and remember if you drink, don't drive :)

Halloween Is Coming Up!

Today I have a Halloween card using the new Unicorn Skull from Stampendous.  My card was really quick and easy because I used decorative paper for the background but it looks like it's been watercolored.  I think this is a great stamp with a fabulous design.  I might just have to try making something in pink with glitter, could be cute!!

Here's how my card was made.

1.  Stamp Unicorn Skull on decorative paper with black ink, emboss with clear embossing powder and layer onto a larger black cardstock panel.
2.  Offset silver glitter paper on each side of the image and glue to an orange card.
3.  Stamp the sentiment from the FaBOOlous Clear Set with VersaMark Ink and emboss with White Embossing Powder on a black strip of cardstock.
4.  Pop up on the card with foam squares.
