Decorative Paper Birthday Present Card

All month Rubbernecker Stamps has been celebrating their 30th Birthday by sharing birthday cards and having sales. For my card I used the new Modern Floral Paper Pad, that's double-sided, to make the pretty background for a gift made using a square and wrapping it in ribbon.

Here's how my card was made-

Take two pieces of decorative paper from the Modern Floral Paper Pad and cut them diagonally into four pieces using a paper cutter.

Use two pieces from each paper and glue them onto a coordinating panel and attach to a white card.
Die-cut blue paper using the Nested Square Stitch Die Cut Set.
Stamp the square using the Watercolor Splatter set and Sky Color Fuse Ink.
Wrap the square with ribbon and add a bow on top.
Pop this onto a larger white cardstock square and glue to the center of the card.
Stamp Birthday from the Composable Freehand Borders set with VersaMark Ink and white embossing powder on a strip of cardstock.
Pop this up below the present.
