Fall Flash Back

Happy Friday!  Today I thought that for Flash Back Friday I would share some Fall cards I had made using Rubbernecker Stamps, stamps and dies.  Fall is my favorite season and I love making cards with leaves and trees, these are a few of my favorites.

Here's how my card was made-

1.  The Splatter Leaves were stamped with Tiger Lily, Leaf Green and Carnation Red Wendy Vecchi Blendable Dye Inks and cut out using the Fall Leaf Die Set.
2.  The same inks were brushed onto the edges of the leaves and blended inward.
3.  The Brick Wall Stencil was sponged with Antique Linen and Tea Dye Distress Inks across the center a white panel.
4.  Leaf Green and Tiger Lily Inks were splattered on the panel.
5.  Gold glitter washi tape was placed towards the bottom of the stenciled bricks and the panel was die cut using the Nested Rectangle Stitch Die Set.
6.  The sentiment was stamped on the top of the panel with Carnation Red and Tiger Lily Inks and the two side leaves were glued flat and the center leaf was popped up using 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
7.  The panel was adhered to an orange panel and popped up on a patterned tan card.

Here's how my card was made-
  • I have a card made with the Fall Foliage two part set but I only used the tree.
  • To make the background, I rubbed ink pads on a long thin acrylic block in Mowed Lawn, Marigold and Straw.  The block was then sprayed with water and the ink was stamped on a white panel.
  • Once dry the trees were stamped with VersaMark ink and embossed with Twilight embossing powder.
  • Thinking of You was stamped on a white tag, embossed with Twilight.
  • It was then stamped with one of the small stamps from the Splatter Stains sets in Marigold and Straw, layered on black, tied with ribbon and popped up on the card.

Here's how my card was made-

1.   Papers in yellow, green and rust were cut using the Splatter Leaves Die Cut Set and the edges were sponged in the same colors.
2.   They were then glued to a banner that was cut using the Nested Banner Stitch Die Cut Set.
3.  The banner was popped up on a cream panel that was dry embossed with the Vertical Lines Stencil.
4.  Green paper was die-cut with the Hugs #2 Die Cut and glued below the banner.
5.  The banner was wrapped with twine and rhinestones were randomly placed on the card.

Here's a list of Rubbernecker Stamps products used to make these cards.
