This card is for Mercy's Tuesday sketch challenge. This is a long card so it was harder to photograph. I used Hero Arts stamps and stamped the round birthday wishes three times, once in stonewashed, cranberry and lettuce Adirondack inks. Then they were punched out and layered onto orange paper which is the back side of the polka dot paper. The circles are glued to a polka dot rectangle that is layered on goldenrod paper and glued to a card that measures 4 x 8 so it would fit into a legal sized envelope. Mercy requested different measurements but I couldn't remember what they were and didn't want to run upstairs and wait for the computer to turn on, sorry Mercy.
Now that I can take pictures and down load them onto the computer, my next project is to learn how to crop the pictures.... that might take awhile. Well now both of my kids are out of school, my son just until July and my daughter until September. I'm hoping to still find time to stamp :) Have a great weekend!
Super cute!!! I love the polkadot paper and the cute little birthday wish stamp. I also love that you put rhinestones in the center!!!

ReplyDeleteGreat card! I love the way you combine all the designs and embellishments! Cropping is not hard at all! I am not sure what kind of camera or computer you have, but my camera came with software that allows me to crop!
