Burglar Kiddo

Here is my last Halloween post for the year.  I stamped the cute little Burglar Kiddo from Stampendous, colored him with pencils and applied orange Micro Glitter to the hat, mask, shoes and flashlight.

The sentiment is from the Haunting Background, it's a large background stamp but I only inked up the portions I wanted with a Versamark pen.
Then stamped it.
And embossed with Carnelian powder.
The corners of the card are stamped with the web from the Halloween Charms set and a couple of little plastic confetti spiders are glued to the webs.

Here in Oklahoma the leaves are starting to change and they are beautiful!  We have been here for almost two years, from California so it is still new and exciting to us.  I was actually able to get my son Greg to sit for a picture with the tree of changing leaves behind him...it only took a little begging haha.
Have a Happy Halloween tomorrow!

Halloween Time!!

This owl is so cute, I thought googly eyes would be perfect on him!  Take a look at the sentiment, I used it yesterday on a card but just the "Happy Halloween" and today I used the whole stamp.  It's a great way to get a lot of different uses out of your sentiment stamps.

1.   Stamp Wicked Owl on white paper with black ink, color with watercolor pencils and cut out.
2.   Apply Orange Micro Glitter to the band on the hat and Lavender Micro Glitter to the broom stick.
3.   Cut out and glue on googly eyes.
4.   Stamp Witching You on yellow paper with VersaMark ink and emboss with black powder that has been mixed with Multi Ultra Fine Crystal Glitter.
5.   Sponge edges with butterscotch ink and layer on black paper.
6.  Use and embossing folder to emboss a spider web on orange paper, tie with ribbon and glue to a back card.
7.  Mount Witching You and layer Owl on yellow and black circles.

Supplies
Glitter- Orange Micro Glitter, Lavender Micro Glitter, Multi Ultra Fine Crystal Glitter
Staedtler watercolor pencils, googly eyes, ribbon
Paper- white, black, yellow, orange cardstock
Cuttlebug spider web embossing folder

BOO! Hehe

When I sat down to make a card with this cute House Mouse stamp I wasn't quite sure what to do with it, but I LOVE what I came up with!  Stamps and glitter are by Stampendous!

1.  I stamed Trick or Cheese on white paper with black Archival ink and colored it with pencils then went over it with a blender pencil.
2.  The edges are sponged with orange and then a web corner was added to one of the corners, I got them in the dollar isle at Michael's.
3.  Boo was then stamped with Storybook Alphabet using Versamark and Carnelian powder.
4.  Using a Spellbinder circle die, I cut circles from Fran's Sticky Panels, placed them on decorative paper and sprinkled with Micro Glitter.  Since I didnt' have the right color to match the litte corner web, I mixed Pink and Purple Micro Glitters together and it gave me a very similar shade! (oh so happy)
5.  Mount all the pieces and this adorable card is done.

This card is so easy, all I did was stamp with black Versafine and watercolor.  All Stamps are by Stampendous! and here are the links to the supplies-
