Sympathy Card

I have this great clear stamp set from Paper Inspirations that have four sayings, sympathy, birthday, celebrate and thank you. This set is wonderful and it looks so elegant. The background stamp is also by Paper Inspirations and is called aged paper creases, it is also one of my favorites, you can instantly age anything!
1. Stamp the sympathy on a cream panel with VersaMark ink and emboss with champagne embossing powder.
2. Stamp the aged paper with latte Adirondack ink and stipple the edges.
3. Stamp the leaves which are by Stampendous with lettuce Adirondack ink re-inking every other time. Layer this onto burgundy and gold papers.
4. Glue a skeleton leaf to a burgundy panel, tie with gold cord and add beads. Glue to a cream card and mount stamped piece.
My daughter is having her slumber party Saturday so I'll have a house full of teenagers and they will be staying inside because it will be over 100 degrees here for the next 3-4 days then it will drop down to the high 90's, ah a cooling trend :) Have a great weekend :)
